Our mission

Vocational Guidance Programs in Quechua

We help Quechua-speaking children explore their future. Through our program, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-year high school students discover various career paths in their native language, providing them with essential information to make informed academic and professional decisions.

Founder’s story

Lesly Paraguay

Lesly Paraguay founded Illari with a clear purpose: to keep the Quechua language alive by bringing it into the digital world. Quechua is her mother tongue, and it shapes how she understands communication, community, and culture.

With a professional background in designing digital solutions, Lesly combines ancestral knowledge with modern technology to create accessible, human-centered learning experiences. Through Illari, she teaches not only how Quechua sounds, but what it means—connecting language, culture, and identity across borders.

She believes that technology can be a bridge: one that honors the past while empowering new generations to learn, connect, and belong.
